Syracuse’s New Pagan Chaplain
Syracuse University has hired a new chaplain, their first Pagan one. From what I see, she seems to have a good solid head on her shoulders. I look forward to seeing more of this kind of diversity, obviously.
The comments are particularly interesting: they tend to fall into clusters.
1. How dare they! Jesus!
2. You intolerant Christians, how dare you be intolerant about this!
3. Everyone who believes in God is nuts anyway.
4. Cool.
When we can reduce response to a topic to the same four responses, do we really *need* to talk about it anymore? Well, obviously, I do. I have a blog to — um — try to remember to update.
