We moved yesterday, in the middle of a snow storm. Here’s a picture.

freakin’ beautiful!
No cup of cocoa is tastier than the one you drink in your own bed in your own house the first night. Your own house. That creaks, oddly. What the hell is that dripping sound? How did I miss that the white paint on the ceiling is obviously a different shade covering a fucking water stain! The fuck this place was inspected, godammed must’ve bribed the sonofabitch…
no, no, just relax. Cocoa. Snow outside (piling up on the roof) warm inside. The dripping sound is from outside. Icecicles melting. Icecicles melting as they hang on the gutters, that’s all. Wait, gutters drain water, if there’s icecicles, they aren’t draining, they’re… There’s that creak again! The fucking gutters! They’re full of ice and they’re falling off the fucking house! Why the FUCK did I buy this thing…
May your first cup o’ cocoa be more soothing than mine was.

Congratulations, Patrick. It is amazing how delicious the word “home” can be, when you are referring to your very own.

Nice pic. I just remembered why I live in the South!
I’m actually looking to sell my own house soon. Trying to get back into school, and all that jazz. I wish you all the best with your new home. Rufus Opus isn’t too far off the mark, but just remember, true laughter banishes every hex and harm!
Blessed Be!
